Voorwaarden bijdrage Bierens Foundation of Arts Maart 2026

The granted contribution must be used exclusively for the activity agreed upon in advance.

In return for this support, we ask the following:

  • Please provide the invoice and proof of payment for the costs incurred for the agreed activity. After approval of these documents and receipt of your bank account number, we will proceed with payment (within 30 days). These documents can be sent to: r.humble@bierensgroup.com and wilmabierens@gmail.com
  • If the agreed activity is unexpectedly canceled, treasurer Ron Humblé will reclaim the contribution.
  • Mention the Bierens Foundation of Arts on Instagram in at least one post, indicating that the activity was made possible in part by the Bierens Foundation of Arts. (Please invite them as a contributor on Instagram.)
  • Depending on the amount of the contribution, a performance may be agreed upon in consultation at a reduced fee.
